How we ship your plants
Custom packaging
Every plant is individually wrapped and cushioned in a custom-sized box. Pots are secured with foam inserts. Soil is sealed to prevent spillage. We don't use single-use plastic — just paper, cardboard, and love.
Climate aware
We schedule deliveries to avoid peak heat hours. During monsoon season, we add extra waterproofing. Delicate plants like orchids get breathable wrapping to prevent moisture buildup during transit.
Real-time updates
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a WhatsApp message with tracking info. You can message us anytime to check on your delivery status. We're always just a message away.
Damage guarantee
If your plant or pot arrives damaged during transit, send us photos within 24 hours. We'll replace it at no extra cost — no questions asked. We stand behind every delivery.
Payment methods
Bank Transfer
Commercial Bank, BOC, or Sampath Bank. Account details shared via WhatsApp after order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery
Available for Zone 1 (Colombo) and Zone 2 (Suburbs) orders. Pay when your order arrives at your door.
Cash on Pickup
Pay when you pick up from our Homagama workshop. See the plants in person before you pay.
