Ordering
Simply browse our plants and creations, find something you love, and tap "Order via WhatsApp." You'll be connected directly with us. We'll confirm availability, pricing, and arrange delivery. It's that easy — no complicated checkout process.
We accept bank transfers (Commercial Bank, BOC, Sampath Bank), cash on delivery (within Colombo district), and cash on pickup from our Homagama workshop. For bank transfers, we'll share our account details via WhatsApp after you confirm your order.
Yes! We can send you real-time photos or a short video of the exact plant and pot via WhatsApp before you confirm your order. What you see is what you get — every pot is uniquely decorated, so yours will be one of a kind.
Delivery
Yes! We deliver to all 25 districts across Sri Lanka. Colombo deliveries take 1–2 days, suburbs 2–3 days, and outstation areas 3–5 business days. We use trusted courier partners experienced in handling live plants safely.
Delivery is Rs. 300 within Colombo, Rs. 500 for suburban areas, and Rs. 700 for outstation. Orders over Rs. 3,000 qualify for free delivery anywhere in Sri Lanka. See our delivery page for the full zone breakdown.
Absolutely! You're welcome to visit our workshop in Homagama and pick up in person. Just message us on WhatsApp to arrange a pickup time (Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm). You can also browse our full collection in person.
Yes, we deliver to Jaffna, Batticaloa, Trincomalee and all northern and eastern districts. These are classified as outstation deliveries (Rs. 700, or free over Rs. 3,000). Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. We pack extra carefully for longer journeys.
Products
Every single pot is hand-decorated by our team. We don't manufacture pots — we take ordinary, everyday pots and transform them through hand-painting, texturing, and creative techniques. No two pots are ever exactly alike.
We love custom work! Tell us your ideas — a specific colour scheme, a name on the pot, a theme for a gift — and we'll create something unique just for you. Custom orders typically take 5–7 working days. Message us on WhatsApp to discuss your vision.
Yes! Every plant comes with a printed care card specific to that plant type. You can also visit our detailed Plant Care Guide for in-depth tips tailored to Sri Lanka's climate.
Guarantees
We pack every plant with extreme care, but if your plant arrives damaged during transit, send us photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.
We guarantee that every plant leaves our nursery in healthy condition. If you follow the care instructions and your plant shows issues within the first 7 days, reach out to us and we'll help troubleshoot or offer a replacement.
Since each pot is uniquely hand-decorated and plants are perishable, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a quality issue or damage in transit, we'll absolutely make it right — just contact us within 24 hours.
Gifting
Plants make wonderful gifts! We can deliver directly to the recipient with a handwritten gift note. Just provide the delivery address and your message when ordering. Check our Gift Guide for ideas.
Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping with tissue paper and ribbon for all orders marked as gifts. Just mention it's a gift when you place your order on WhatsApp.
